Julian did a phenomenal job. He replace all the back and most of the front fascia board, then stuccoed a large portion on the side and back of home. Then they scraped, power washed primed and painted. They were there 3 days and cleaned everything up. Julian was very professional. He was on time, professional and very reasonable on price. Always on time for estimate and painting the inside of our condo. Julian and his crew carefully masked the interior walls and ceilings then sprayed at least 2 coats. The ceilings were then rolled to eliminate lines. Crown moldings and baseboards we're brushed with a different paint. Cleanup was great . Julian came a second morning and checked all work and fixed any holidays in the paint. Cost was reasonable and quality paint was used. When needed I will use him again.
